AMERICAN LEGACY®
VACUUM TRANSPORT SYSTEM
MULTIPLE INPUT AND SINGLE DISCHARGE

PRODUCT VACUUM SYSTEM
Vacuum Transport Systems are designed to collect and transfer edible or inedible products by the use of collection hoppers, vacuum tubes or hand tools.  Products can be picked up at multiple collection locations to be transferred to multiple receiving canisters and deposited for packaging or disposal.  Two systems are available depending on the product and application.  {Low and High Velocity Systems.}

  • The Low Velocity System is well suited for sensitive products that could be damaged or distorted during transport.

The High Velocity System is used to transport products that are less susceptible to damage during transport due to high speed travel and increased vacuum.  These systems work especially well in situations where conveyors may be impractical or more processing space is required.  System Hygiene is accomplished using CIP technology.

USES:

  • Transfer product for further processing or packaging
  • Transfer bone or scrap for disposal
  • Spinal Cord removal and containment

BENEFITS:

  • Reduced maintenance and sanitation costs
  • Free up processing floor space
  • Eliminates Conveyor costs and repair
  • Reduces payroll
  • Improved sanitation capabilities/water savings
  • Reduced payroll for sanitation expense
